Mariana Beckova

Hi, I’m Mari!

My name is Mariana, but everyone calls me Mari. I am originally from Prague, Czech Republic, but in 2019 I packed up all my things and moved to the tropics to fulfill my dream of living by the ocean.

I started my career as an international model in 2013, and while living in South Korea, I found mindfulness through yoga. I began practicing yoga daily, and learned that yoga is so much more than just the asana practice. Yoga is a way of living, through awareness, mindfulness, and a grateful attitude towards life. 

After receiving my Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Academy International, I strive to inspire others to build their confidence on and off the mat. Through my own personal experience, I saw how incredible Yoga can be in enriching the lives of people of all ages. Yoga helps me feel stronger, healthier, grounded and all round happier! And so my goal is to encourage you to try it for yourself, in the hopes you may also feel and see similar benefits, and live the happiest and healthiest life possible.
